im not a pro but i run my front suspension

front fork compression = 36
front fork rebound = 67

seems a bit better for whoops than stock and its not too loose for other stuff. i find whoops to be the hardest thing to master so far. i generally have to hit them almost perfectly upright or my ass end starts flicking sideways like mad. and trying to steer whilst on whoops is a nightmare. the rider just seems too rigid to ride whoops properly, being able to have sideways rider movement would be soo good for balance and adjustments when skimming whoops and would absorb some of that backwheel sideways action.

i dont pin the throttle and i dont constantly lean back like possible in mva lol. basically for every bump i hit,i either pull back quick as i hit the bump. or you can squirt the gas a bit to keep the front end up and not jack hammering like mad. but yea try to keep a straight line. best whoops to practice on are the ones on the kawasaki test track, they are brutal but if you can get decent at those ones you will shred most other whoop sections
