Suspension Help

Okay so I decided to setup my own suspension (in the game) and Im having trouble finding out what setting does what, can anybody help me out with like Shock Compression / preload / dampening and like all of them and tell me what they do such as : Fork Preload : Higher makes it spring up faster lower makes it spring up slower ect, ect, ect. Thanks, any help will be greatly appreciated.
