Search for the word PC. The amount of threads created answering the question you just did is ridiculous. I don't mind helping you guys get a new PC but I would like if you all did research before coming to us. You did give a budget range and uses for the PC which is more than what others have done so I will help a bit.

What PC do you have right now? If you have a decent sized PC maybe you could just add the GPU and tell the difference but if it is some small office PC then chances are you would have to rebuild.

What is the PC? the motherboard?
Does it have a graphics card?

If you don't know what it is but you can find a link to the PC you have (considering its pre-built, if you built it the questions above should be easy enough.) it would still help alot in knowing if you should upgrade parts or buy a whole new package.

I think you have enough RAM that you could just allocate more memory to the card and would be ok. Double check me on this one guys because I'm not certain but is there a cap on what he can set or could he set the full 8 to the card? The i3 has fast enough clock speeds I think at the very most if you could split it 6/2 it would be a decent enough PC to do what you want.

You can follow this and see if it gets any better. I believe that should work for Vista/7/8.

Though if you just want to get a new PC I don't mind helping with that either but I figured we could try and save this one.

heres a link to my memory ect.

I searched stuff on my graph card and people on forums are saying its not that good only for old games,
But when I said I wanted a new pc I also wanted it for other games such as Arma2 DayZ AND Call of duty along with mxsim,
So I think the best thing to do is go find a new pc :)
With the amount of money I've put at the top of this page do you think I would be able to get a pc that would run mxs 40riders high quality ect??
Or any ideas?

Evaluating what computers run MX Sim best is definitely on topic here.

I'd probably go with an Ivy bridge series CPU and the best Nvidia graphics card I could afford.

Here is what i got. Its a pretty decent rig which can handle 40+ riders and it is pretty low priced

16000 MB RAM --------------------------------------( but you dont need more then 8 if you just use your PC for games)
Intel Core i5-3450 4x 3.10 GHz-------------------( you can buy other cpu which are better for overclocking but I actualy dont even need to. This CPU handels everyting you need for gaming.
Asus version of AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB------(very cheap for its efficiency. You can still buy a Nvidia card if you can affort it but if you need to save some money go with this one especialy with the Asus version, its reliable!)
530 Watt be quiet Powersuply
Samsung 830 Basic Series 2.5 SSD----------------(runs very fast and got a lot of good reviews)
ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP Motherboard

I hope this will help you

since you got some cash to spend you might as well get a intel core i7 3.62Ghz processor and then get a gtx670 or 680 graphics card. But make sure all this fits your motherboard first and you might have to get a better power supply to run the 680. with this setup you should be able to run mx sim with 40 riders without a problem and if like to game on the pc besides mx sim then you should be able to play games on high and ultra settings.
