Bike simulator controler

Post by totorox »

I saw some threads were guys want to make controler for bike games (in french, sorry, but there's interresting pics ;p here & here). They're also some devices you can buy (like that or thinks looks like plastic shit....
...But i saw that !

Imagine you on a bike and MXsim... (with a security attachment lol)... (If it move a lot, it's for acceleration sensation simulation, so don't ask ;)
So my question for JLV is , if i want to make a simulator controler for MXS, i think i will want to separate roll from steer axis, it's possible ? And you can begin to work on force feedback also (lol).

I have that Yamaha one too. I just didn't like that it couldn't preload for MXU and MvA. Would be pretty cool for MXS if the levers weren't assigned to do the same thing, and if you could have shift levers.

You could preload. You just had to use your thumb on the directional pad. But i could never get it consistent.

Nobody looked for the video ? My post isn't for some of plastic sheets ! Look for the video of the 401 system on top thread. And if someone can respond to the question i asked : it's doable to separate stear from roll to do a sim controler.
