Looking for a team

Looking for a team that knows how to function. A team that has team bikes and a team that races together and has organized motocross practice. I am currently on 25 Motorsports but it's a small team with only a few riders and I'm faster than all of them including the owner of the team. I've been on the team for almost 7 months know and I want to be on a bigger and better team. I consider myself pretty fast and pretty consistent.
