PC Upgrade?

I often find myself lagging with max graphics; it's really annoying.
I've decided to upgrade one of my specs for my PC, but I don't really know which spec is most influencial (graphics card etc), that's where you guys come in... What part of my PC should I upgrade? Will update thread with my current specs when I get home in the morning.
