Computer Help/Ideas
So I've been playing on a laptop since I got the game and it really just doesn't run it very good. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to some of the cheapest options for desktops that run sim good or if not just any ideas to make a laptop run the game better(if there are any, I know they are not good for sim). Any suggestions would be awesome.

Could've gotten a lot of stuff last weekend but not to worry as I'm sure you can still hit some Christmas sales. For you I think any sort of laptop with a dedicated card would do, or even possibly a i7/i5 integrated. I'll keep a eye out, right now shelves are empty and places like Newegg are having to restock but I'll see if I can find anything.

Re: Computer Help/Ideas
Since Newegg is out of almost everything looked at Amazon. If anyone else wants to contribute with another website go on ahead but I can't think of any right now. Found a few.
Bang for your buck is this one. Everything about it is low-mid range gaming laptop. Nothing spectacular but decent parts and a decent screen.
http://www.amazon.com/Acer-Aspire-V3-55 ... +aspire+v3
Very slight step up from the previous only because it has more memory. AMD parts share memory meaning that the 6GB of RAM is split between the CPU and GPU chips. Its a slight step up in price but everything part wise is the same other than larger RAM and HD.
http://www.amazon.com/Toshiba-Satellite ... 44&sr=1-11
Any specifics on what a "cheap" option would be? I've been trying $500 which got me those two. If those two aren't something you'd want give us some specifics about screen size, HDD size, etc. so it can be narrowed down a bit.

Thanks man I appreciate the suggestions! and $500 doesn't sound too bad, how good do you think those two laptops will actually run it? I'm not necessarily to worried about running everyones skins and running graphics as high as they go, I just want some good fps haha

I used this website to judge anything related to laptops. If you scroll down you can see some benchmarks on other games and it seems to do fairly well but I have no clue which one would be a good comparison of how MXS would react to it. I would assume that if it can run those games 20+ FPS it should be able to get atleast that in a SX track.

Where did you get it? 700 doesn't seem bad for running 125 maxed outYamahaman95 wrote:i can send you my computer i built, i built mine for 700 and i get 125 maxed out everywhere i go (i don't dl many skins though because im lazy)

Anyone else notice I completely forgot the link?

Do you have a spot for a monitor/keyboard/mouse? A PC will always be better price/performance to a laptop but I recommended a laptop due to your lifestyle. If you have the space by all means go for it.
