Looking for a Youtube Channel Partner!

Hey guys, Im Trent Tatro,
I am currently making a brand new Youtube channel called "Simulator Gamers". It will be a channel based off of gameplay and possibly some reviews. It will most likely consist of games such as MXS, rFactor, iRacing, Minecraft, etc. However, I am open to many more suggestions. I am currently in the process of making my intro and outro, along with logos and thumbnails.

Well, to the main point... I am looking for someone else to be my 'partner' who will also upload videos and gameplay. I have already got in contact with some people and I have some partnerships going once we get enough views/subscribers. If we do get the partnerships, we will most likely split the money 50/50. To be fit, I am looking for someone with a decent video recording software (optional, as I can give you my fraps download), a decent to good microphone, and a decent knowledge of video editing.

Starting out, I plan on uploading about 2-3 videos a week, but as time progresses and we get the hand of things, it might turn into 4 or 5 a week. My main goal is to reach 500-1,000 subscribers within a month or two. If I get extra money, I might pay for advertising for our channel to get extra views/subscribers (this money will be made back from partnerships) I have a few spare hours on the weekdays, and about 8 free hours on weekends, so I can upload a good amount of content every week!
