Registratipn Key Denied

Post by Bruce422 »

This topic is mostly for JLV to help me. Okay, so this morning I played the game didn't have a single problem. Turned the game off and went to church. When I got back I downloaded the FAMmx track, put it in my folder. I then started up MX Simulator and it took forever to start up. Well when it did finally start up, it asked me for my registration key. I saved the e-mail from when I first bought it and went back to that e-mail and got my reg. key. I put it in and it said the key is denied. So I checked it again and again. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still didn't work. Can you please help me JLV. Is it possible to get a new reg. key from you or what? Please help me.

I'm no expert, but someone could of possibly got a hold of your reg key. If this happens I believe JLV or someone will make the key void as it may look as if it's stolen or you've given it to someone. Other than that, I have no idea, sorry man!

I've not given it to anybody though! The only the thing I can think of is I bought a new computer and playing the game on it! Well thanks for your help man!

What's the exact message you're getting? Neither the client or server should ever produce the message "Registration Key Denied".

Sounds like it isn't being entered correctly, but you did say you checked it a couple if times. No clue

"This key looks bad" always means you have a typo.

I've had this conversation a thousand times. Every single one ends with a typo in the key. Try using a different font when you view the email. The keys can have characters like I/L/1 which look the same in some fonts.

Sorry to bother you lol. I tried the different combonations with all the numbers that looked to be the same as a letter and got it to work. Thank you for the help.
