2015 dynos (except for the honda crf450r, its a 2014 dyno)
those are with the Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) pipe, thankfully, they also provide the stock.

Those numbers are low. The 09 yz250 2 stroke made 41.3hp on motousa's dyno and the 09 crf250r made 34hp(highest 250f number that year on their dyno) on the same dyno. That's a pretty low number for a 250 2 stroke, usually they make around 46-50hp and these days the newest 250fs should be around or over 40hp. Motocrossaction got 46.85hp out of their stock yz250, 49.33hp with a PC works pipe and R-304 shorty and around 50hp out of a stock 250sx. Those numbers sound about right but, they also got 42.89hp out of a 250sxf on the same dyno.
