Online req. and if I have to purchase sim again after new pc

Hey guys been playing mx sim now for 6 months and now I'm starting to get really good...so with that said I wanna play online. I'm just wondering is their any kind of minimum specifications I need to play online? My laptop isn't amazing and I'm upgrading my pc soon so that's not gonna be an issue. But with that said as well, can I re-download mx simulator once I get a new pc? or will I have to repurchase the game? thanks

min- i3 or amd equivilant, 4gb ram, intel hd2000 graphics. turn graphics way down. dont be a twat and get in peoples ways and punt/wreck them. Also no you dont have to repurchase. just redownload sim and put in your reg key but you are not allowed to be online with both computers at the same time.
