So I have a Xbox 360 wired controller that has been working ok for a while but Its two trigger buttons are linked. What that means is if I have one set to the front break and the other for the gas it effectively cancels out for you newer guys that dont know about this. I've searched high and low all day to find a solution the be able to use both at the same time. I found XBCD and updated to the most recent build. I have had luck with separating the axis into two separate ones fine. As soon as I go into MX simulator though I cannot set the trigger axis to Brake and gas. MX will not recognize the trigger axis press. So, If anyone that is smarter in the inner workings of my issues or can point me to a solution that would be great.
On another note. Maybe some of you can list what controllers you use and if you have the axis problems I have. For example. I can ride hard into a corner using front and rear breaks but say I want to blip the throttle a little I need to let off the front break enough for throttle to be able to work at all even if I hold the trigger all the way down. Another issue I have is if I drive hard out of a corner and using the stick to modulate the rider, Throttle, and shift I find if I am using the up shift seat bounce method with all the controls in use at once I experience a "bog out" for less than a second every time I shift. So essentially every time I up shift rapidly I loose a little speed each shift, more so than you would in real life. Its getting very frustrating.
So if anyone can help me out or discuss if there is any X box controllers that dont have the triggers linked and dont experience an overload when you use to many buttons at once that would be great.

Re: Lets talk controllers!
I know that the triggers work as axis three left being negative and right being positive or separate left being axis 9 and right being axis ten. Ive never had a problem with them cancelling out. but with the triggers not being recognized in sim I was having that problem with my xbox one controller. You have to click assign and the trigger you want at the same time repeatedly really fast until you get xbox blah blah (positive) and it can be very frustrating when you get it but accidentally click assign one more time.

I have tried several times as fast as I can and multiple actuation's of the trigger while clicking assign. Its only not recognized when I am using XBCD Drivers for my xbox controller with the modified axis. I have tried all combinations of axis. You would have to see the program to understand. I can switch back to the standard Microsoft drivers that install by default when the controller is plugged in the first time and it works fine. I am trying to get the Axis seperate instead of being one trigger negative Z and the other positive Z.LKR47 wrote:I know that the triggers work as axis three left being negative and right being positive or separate left being axis 9 and right being axis ten.
