Mx Simulator crashing

I was online racing Staydown SX in ShackAttack's server, and mxs had a fatal error, so I went to reload it and now the game wont run on lowest settings on singleplayer or multiplayer.

Delete the config file, see if that fixes it

Hmmmm, I don't think a reinstall would be necessary, because the only file that would become corrupt is the config file. I think ill leave this to JLV. Might as well try a reintall in the meantime

To reset everything in the game, open %LOCALAPPDATA% in a file explorer and rename the MX Simulator folder.

I'd rather just redownload, I dont want to mess anything up i just reformated.

A reinstall won't touch anything but the install folder.

How can i reach LOCALAPPDATA%? Through regedit?

open %LOCALAPPDATA% in a file explorer

Eg windows explorer, ie, any folder you open, put that into the top address bar

alright, I tried that and its still not running right. CoD4 and CSS run just fine but mxs doesnt work right.

Those games don't use OpenGL. Can you check the crash details and see what the faulting module is?

It got an error once, when I was in shack's server. All its doing is lagging and putting my offset sky high. My video card can handle MXS max graphics even in singleplayer on rabbit hill with no opponents, my offset just sky rockets.
