Riding Help

Hey guys I just need some help with general riding technique. My weakest point right now is riding on braking bumps. I just don't know what to do when i go through them especially when they are turning. Also I have a little trouble on jumps sometimes. I endo when I hit jumps and I don't know what to do to prevent that.
