You could try updating your graphics drivers, but apart from that there really isn't much more you can do, the games becoming really advanced with the whole 4k stuff now, the only thing you can do is lower your graphics settings and hope for the best.

And you can play around with your graphics settings, but thats beyond me i know you need to make sure your VSync is turned of because that will cap your game at 60 FPS and to make sure all your anti aliasing is turned off
