getting the suspension and gearing?

okay i have "C:\Program Files\MX Simulator\mx.exe" mx-2008-03-26.exe --editor but it ain goin thru to let me set the suspension and gearing... whats typed wrong???

in C:\Program Files\MX Simulator make a backup of your mx.exe then delete it, paste the new mx-2008-03-26.exe in the main folder and rename it to mx.exe then edit your shortcut so that it reads "C:\Program Files\MX Simulator\mx.exe" --editor if that doesnt work then im stumped

in the exact same place as the old one was C/:program files/mxsimulator directory you are basically overwriting the old one with the new snapshot

im right clicking properties and i see... target:"C:\Program Files\MX Simulator" --editor
start in:"C:\Program Files\MX Simulator"

ok i don't have the new snapshot tho..... how do i get it?? do i just type it in?

lol, make a shortcut of the new snapshot.. and paste the shortcut on your descop and then click on in, and there u have it

ok, for the completely computer illiterate. Download the newest snapshot somewhere on your computer. Cut and paste that snapshot into c:program files/mx simulator. Delete mx.exe. Rename mx-2008-6-21 to mx.exe. Right click the new mx.exe in your program files and create shortcut. Drag the shortcut onto your desktop. Double click on the shortcut.

exactly.. Dl the new snap, and drag it in to you'r mxS folder wherever u have it, and then right klick on the new snapshot, and create shortcut, then drag the new shortcut to ur descop and then it will work, otherwise i dont know the prob..
