Landing Damping Ramp Up

So does anyone have any idea what a good setting for the new advanced stability setting is? I haven't used it since it came out and I've been looking to find a good setting for it if possible. Also if you turn it on should I adjust my suspension accordingly? Lastly, is there a different sweet spot for sx and mx? I am clueless when it comes to this and have heard mixed input. Any feedback is appreciated.
