Freeze/fps low help

Hello , i have a big problem with my fps and lot of freeze, i have a good computer and i am an old player and I had no problems before.. i try lot and lot graphics settings but freeze everytime..I tried playing online and it was simply unplayable. I looked for tons of settings and solutions, but without success.The last snapshot is installed ..
