Every time I get into a game on the top left part of the screen it says:
Warning: Can't Load, @rider_body-ddmxv2.jm
Warning: Can't Load, @rear_wheel-dunlop.jm
Warning: Can't Load, @crf_250_swingarm-2010.jm
Any idea what this means?

It's saying it cant load the other riders bike skin/model/rider skin becaause you dont have it. It doesnt mean anything, but you can stop it by downloading the skin it names. But it really doesnt mean anything.
