Anyway be sure you named your skin right and then just save it as a .png file.

I'm like 99% sure he was asking how you save it correctly.
It all depends on what model your using. If you got it from a template and you just added your number its easy. If you got a template and you made your own then you'd also need to do the spec/normal maps.
