It's hard enough to control the bike as it is. Let's not just make it so your rider can lose control at random.

If it happened with a bit more force than the legs falling off now or in the second hit of a tumble or something it would be fine. If we could still control the rider while the legs are off, with a lowered stability or something, that would be sick.
And increased chance of whiskey throttle
Guys, it was a joke. Hence the " "

I think it would be better. But like other people have said, we don't want goons running around without their bikes. That would be sketchy.

exactly, it would be cool if you crash like MvAU, then respawn where the bike ended, but instead of go riding again you have to press a button which kicks the kickstarter

Noooo, kickstarts are just uneccesary, i would rather just have fall, reset, go.

I like the idea of respawning on the bike (just before it starts to lift back off of the ground) with the same overall crash time as now. I also like the idea of it being implemented as an option to hang on during crashes or not, while having it set to hang on might result in more time wasted from a crash by tumbling over and over because of the gyro or "pendulum" effect.

Just to add to this topic, what about rider injury as well? I think it might be a great idea.

This has already been discussed and classed as a bad idea, most people cant go two laps without falling off, whether that be slipping on a corner or landing on your face after a 100ft triple. So practically nobody would be able to play the game because their rider would be a broken mess

Right, didn't think of that, their rider will be a broken mess, but that would make them become more cautious about their riding.

To add to this topic, what about bobbles? Instead of casing something a tad bit and waiting 15 second to get up.
