Updated Menu / UI

Something with more color? Updated titles for menus like "Game Settings" instead of "Graphics/Sound Setup". Stuff like that would be pretty sweet. I just made this in photoshop for fun.

Lars made a different UI for sim and it looks amazing. Hope JLV puts it in
