Game Suggestions
Re: Game Suggestions
any kind of subtle air animations would be sick!!
Re: Game Suggestions
And have a certain amount of tearoffs. Then when you run out, you can live with the dirt, or throw the goggles.

Re: Game Suggestions
Simple brake taps and little clutch adjustmentsjbob23 wrote:any kind of subtle air animations would be sick!!
only one to win something real from the game!
Re: Game Suggestions
Make the throttle hand more realistic. Make him goin full throttle! Not like 1/4 throttle. Make him like hang off the bike! Haha

Re: Game Suggestions
It would be awesome if he could hang of the bike.So he was really loose on the bike.I like what JLV is working on right now with the rider falling off though.
Re: Game Suggestions
Wait, so is that possible for me to do, or would that involve something done by you?jlv wrote:The most general purpose way to do that would be to make some kind of symlink mechanism for the saf files.
Re: Game Suggestions
Sure JLV will get ot it some day, & I've seen it suggested before, but sounds like brake chatter etc would be awesome.
Just had to put this video up as an example -> http://www.racerxonline.com/video/josh- ... cross.aspx

Re: Game Suggestions
No, I'd have to add that capability. What I mean is that it will be better to use separate folders for each track and link the shared files. Putting multiple tracks in one folder would be a disaster.DJ wrote:Wait, so is that possible for me to do, or would that involve something done by you?jlv wrote:The most general purpose way to do that would be to make some kind of symlink mechanism for the saf files.

Re: Game Suggestions
ok this game is AMASING just wanted to say that, lets say your showing 1 of your mates this game and hes like "ok ok cool game bad graphics and realistic movements" and then OMG i make a huge crash and he rolls ON his bike on the ground and takes some flips n stuff and stands upp and the mates says "ok this games BLOWS he doesn't even fall of the bike, im going out buying mx vs atv reflex" this has happen to me ALLOT of times when jlv fixes the fall of thingy MUTCH more people will buy the game. So my Game Suggestion is just that, put your mind to that and then you will probably can BURN your money xD

Maybe you should read a few pages back?
Re: Game Suggestions
This may be a bit off-topic,but does the game sound any different with more cores?Because I remember yzmxer saying that he took out a couple cores and was playing with a dual-core processer and it made it sound different.I have a dual-core and I was wodnering if it would sound better if I got a Quad-core when I begin to make a computer.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Re: Game Suggestions
I think you may have misused the word dynamic there. A static sound would be a single note, a dynamic sound is one that changes. ie, we have dynamic sounds.frederick wrote:Would it be possible to somehow have dynamic sound?
I doubt the amount of processing power would affect the sound
Re: Game Suggestions
Having only one earbud in affects the sound a little bit (it might depend though, since part of the sound came out of one side, and the rest, on the other). Try that haha.
I have to say though, getting headphones that actually work on both sides make the bike sound better.
