Throttle, Braking, Turning, Clutch

Post by stocksy129 »

we need a gauge in the corner that shows the amount of brake pressure one for front and rear brakes one to show throttle and turning something like iRacing has, have an option to turn it on/off obviously so it isn't consistently there.. But would be great watching replay of the faster guys to see what they're doing and also watch your own to learn from it. Would be helpful imo.

You need to learn how to read. "have an option to turn it on/off obviously so it isn't consistently there.. But would be great watching replay"

iRacing only records that data locally doe. So you still need the hot shoes to share their replays. For what you want it would be easier to have a third party app display their inputs and record them on a second monitor as they play and match them up later when making a video.

I'm assuming it wouldn't be a small amount of work to implement what iRacing has into sim. Not so much the displaying the inputs but redoing the UI so you can turn things on and off at the press of a button. If you're going to spend time redoing the UI might as well go Asseto Corsa style and have everything customizable.

Isn't that what's being done right now with the scripting being added?
