Voice chat and stock servers

Post by Dutch »

I think it would be cool to have 2 rookie, national and supercross stock servers because they get crazy crowded. Also it would be nice to be able to chat with every one on the server via team speak or any thing like that.

I always kinda felt like an in-game chat option we be an okay idea. The thought has probably cross a lot if people's minds, but I always feel like it would be one big enormous jumble of random dumbasses yelling and screaming and it doing nothing but getting on people's nerves.

I rather spend the extra minutes to jump on to teamspeak or skype with some friends rather than listen (and mute) all the little kids that are pissed off at each other.

lol, I couldnt have said it better than Walmart though. It might seem like a good idea but once you get all those kids who are constantly shit talking and being butt hurt during a race-talking instead of typing, I think it would become almost unplayable.

That would be like Call of Duty: MW2 on 360 all over again. Good game, terrible kids with mics.

I couldn't imagine being on ts with 20 peeps and mostly kids crap talking! But it is very cool racing with buds in a room on ts. Can joke and carry on while racing and definetly learn from one another. Anyone remember the Rodger Wilco days? Lol..

Maybe if it was something like arma in which people can hear you louder depending on how far you are from them, so if you were above like 6 meters away you couldnt hear them. Idk, would be pretty funny to hear the leaders screaming at lappers.

Because he didn't come in here and confess like an idiot.

voice chat online = more bandwith required = more lags.
People are already too laggy. Let hosters organize their own TS servers.

So do you agree with me that there should be a TS server for each stock server? I have not been on this game for long and i have already seen countless altercations where a guy blows up the chat only to calm down because at the end of the race some one said sorry. I feel like there would be less fights online if we did not have to pull off the track and start typing to explain what happened or to just say sorry.
