JLV not looking at new people trying to post to forum?

My buddy Is new to simulator and made a forum account under the name of MotoMania but when he tries to post screen shots of us it just says he needs approval and its been months. Anyone have any idea why?

My guess is that JLV gets soo many new people to confirm daily, that he just gives up on it sometimes.
