Falloff based on Tilemap
Generally the idea is that there is a falloff length multiplier in the tilemap that changes the duration of a legs off period. This could be used so that when you go down in sand, you don't stay down for so long versus hitting the deck in supercross.

Would be better if it was impact based, since you won't know if someone cased a triple or just got front end locked.

Instead of having front end lock kill you 9/10 times you could just make it impossible to have a legs off when the stabilizer is disabled, you still get punished for hitting the other guy, but you don't get absolutely ruined.
