Disable Opponent Skins

Have an option that disables all skins besides your own, good for big teams with high quality skins who race the same class, to prevent lag.

I have a folder that I take out for rF races. I like to see people's skins during the week in servers, but I'll time out during organized races. On top of that, I usually open packs in notepad++ and rename anyone's skins I don't care to see in-game so I only see my friends from multiple times Sorry I know a lot of people don't like that but it's harmless.
