I would really like for mx simulator to come out for mac so i dont have to do all this weird online program stuff to get it to work.

agreed.. i played the demo for a while on crossover..was going to buy it but its not worth buying crossover too while MXS is 42 USD...i would definitely buy MXS if it was for mac..ill just do without until then

It should work on Wine too, which is free. Crossover is just a more polished version of WIne.
