Reccomended Skins Download
Suggesting the idea to someone who actually looks at every skin thread, downloads them all, and has an opinion on the truly great skins. Start up a topic in models and skins listing links to only the best skin downloads, so people such as myself that don't bother browsing through all the shit have a one stop shop for quality work. (and noobs)

what about if theres a locked topic where no one can comment on except few trusted people, so when you see theres a new post there then you know theres a new good skin out there....
