I know it's my second ban report today but i think he REALLY NEEDS TO BE BANNED. He just ramming people and he keeps going. I didnt watch the video, but i have been flamed for reporting people on 00. Nothing agianst you but i wouldnt recommend it any more unless its really bad and others are complaining.
