In your chat box type in: /namedemo xxxxxxxxxxwhateveryouwanttonameitxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Then it should be in your demos folder in the personal folder.

Before you start a race in your menu, just above how many laps you want, it will say record demo. Then you click on it to yes. Then it will always record your demo, regardless of being online or off.

You can also type "/namedemo ****" where **** is your demo name.
