He was constantly hitting me off the whole race and preventing me from getting back up! He's number 28, on a Yamaha. It happened in elsinore.mxsimulator.com:19801.

He doesn't cut the track because he doesn't need too. Every time i get back up he hits me back down or prevents me from getting back up. If you watch the demo from his perspective you can clearly see he is waiting for me and hitting me off way over 25 times. If this doesn't deserve a ban i don't know what does. He is clearly preventing me from racing.

Cutting the track to ram people does. I realize this lets some bad guys go free, but it makes for a black and white rule that doesn't make me judge more and more trivial offenses.

Thats Rubbish. This kid has constantly kept stopping me throughout this whole race and continued it into other races and purely because he didn't cut the track quite simply because he didn't need to! Means that he doesn't get a ban?

It's just some random race jeez. I get mad when people do this kind of stuff but I'm over it soon enough (maybe after I break a headset ). If he was doing this in an rF, MXSC, or EMF event I could see it being bannable but it's just a random race in a public server.
