i am #499 on crf 250f

time of incidents:
1:34 - this is not relevant. its an obvious accident, but it is where the contact starts. it wasnt done to me though
4:06 - this is where it starts. he scrubs to the right of me then when he lands he runs into me, causing us both to fall. i can decide if this is aan accidentor not.
4:30 - 100% intentional. he definetely tried to ram me here. he used 0 brakes and flew down the hill, but he missed, and flew off the track
5:37 - also intentional, he turns out of line and STRAIGHT into me. punting me off track
5:55-6:13 - he steers infront of me and is purposly trying to block me. he slowed down and would not let me passed, blocking my every move, resulting in me running into the back of him
6:23 - almost hits me. he is just being way to aggressive now.
6:57 - i wait for him to pass me after we both crash. i tell him i am recording demo. he then stops bothering me.

Rough passing is allowed. I'm only interested in banning people who are playing demolition derby instead of racing. By "demolition derby" I mean someone preventing the race from going on. That usually means randomly riding around and running into everyone in sight. If the rider is going around the track in the right direction and hitting all the gates it's very unlikely that I'll ban him.
