5:50 - Waits on berm and cuts down on me and takes me out
8:35-9:05 - Waits with Kaplan and cuts corner to attempt to punt me
7:35 - Waits and lines up Yannick van Vugt #16 for a punt, as a lapper
2:00-2:25 - Sits on track and tries to WFO punt me when I come by
6:45 - Cuts track to punt me
8:20 - Cuts track again trying to punt me at the end of the berm. His plan fails when I crash.
I read a post in here the other day when a guy got banned for waiting on the track for someone and then punting him, the same happens here... Multiple times. And normally if some cuts the track to punt someone they get banned, again, the same happens here multiple times.
Byron's reasons for putting these 2 in the ban court are plenty worthy of a ban, unless you change your criteria from case to case? But I highly doubt you do

Actually, much to everyone's chagrin, I'm very consistent about not banning for punts that don't involve major track cutting. If I start trying to judge intent on collisions, there will be an endless supply of demos to watch. I don't want to waste hours every day watching ban court demos. Sorry.

If there was something in there I'd ban over (e.g. "This is where he rides backwards running into people"), you should list that and only that. As everyone knows, I don't ban over a regular punt.

Really? No offense jlv but that's not right and you know it. These two think its alright to be ruining everyone's racing over and over again, and their going to get away with just because they didn't cut a bale or two? They are obviously doing something wrong and making racing no fun with them around, if multiple people go into the extent to get them punished, especially as backed up as this one. Their not racing dirty, their not even racing at all. They are purposely ruining the racing.

If that doesn't call for a ban, your gonna get kids like this continue on, or even get worse, but not cut the track or go backwards. But hey, can't ban them right? I mean they are just doing a regular punt afterall. :roll:

It's not really take outs, more or less destroying people. I understand what you are saying but there has to be line somewhere. When you have multiple ban posts about you in one day, let alone a week, there should be no question that it's something that needs reviewed. Especially as detailed as this posts, everything was practically watched and pointed out for you, not only that but they now know that they can get away this shit.
