I've banned "[Team O.B.] Andrew#22" aka "[Team 85cc's] Dirty Turban Hunter#22" for a week. No 1 day warning ban since it was pretty clear he knew he was wrong based on the server log. Next ban will be a week and the next one after that will be permanent.
