Looks to me like he's just an arcade physics newbie. The best thing to do is try to help him improve, not insult him and ban him.

Depends on the ban. If I've added you to my ban file I can just edit it out. If you're banned with the ban command on the server, it will last until the server is reset. Since the ban is set by slot number instead of id you can't change the ban once the slot is cleared. I'll probably fix that in a future version of the server.

I've given him a 1 day ban. You should have told Totorox since he was there. He would have probably been able to talk some sense into him. I think Andy is capable of being a decent player if you show a little patience with him.
