Ok, im wondering if there is any way to report a person that has pirated mx simulator. Is there any way?

About a month ago I stumbled across "MX simulator free download" or something to that effect in google's suggested searches, that might be a good way to find a few.

Ummm, well i was playing on ps3 and i over heard people talking about mxs on the mic's then some guy said i pirated the game... I race on a site called mxonlinetounaments.com ( for mx vs atv alive) and there is a chatbox on there and admited he had done it. I have his IP address if that helps any.
