I like to get through these fast, so the first thing I need is the rider's number and the time it happened so I can skip right to the incident. Once I decide to ban him, I have to match the demo up with the server log, so I need to know which server to check.

Now the only problem is I'm extremely lazy and I pretty much trust your judgement, so I'm not actually going to bother downloading and watching the demo before I ban him. But just for appearances sake you ought to post the other stuff.

#194 on the 03 server. Starts in the beginning. He backs up at the start to try to avoid autocorrect on a fall. Then proceeds to just ride freestyle for about a minute. Then 1 minute in he begins riding backwards.

You're really fucking annoying. Stop trying to be cool. Also, in case you're worried, I wasn't holding anything back for the sake of being nice.

The difference for submitting a ban and banning people is pretty simple. When you KICK someone, they need to be cutting the track and taking people out or riding backward, or they could be using racial slurs, or they could be spamming and cussing like a sailor, and/or verbal threatening. Submitting a ban takes those items, plus the number of the assailant, the server, and the general time the incidents occur. 90% of the forum users can't get this right either, so for someone who's had admin for a long time, it could be something somewhat new. In fact, this thread, posted by none other than yourself, proves that YOU don't even know what is and is not ban worthy. So get off Shack's ass.

I'm not trying to be cool, I don't like Shack's arrogance. He deserved to lose marshall because the only thing he ever though of was, "Is it convenient to me if I restart right now? Or, "Is it convenient to me if this guy is no longer in the server?" There are much more deserving people of that spot than him. Now, I will agree, there have been times where I've forgotten to put things, but the rules for posting bans was one of the first things I looked at because I knew there'd be assholes. In fact, if you wanna go searching through the rest of my post history, you'll see that my first few ban requests were totally and completely right, and then I went through a while where I didn't request bans, and forgot certain elements of the rules. Sorry I'm not perfect, I'm just saying, someone who had marshall in an Elsinore server should know jlv's rules for posting bans

Also, forgot to say that after an exhaustive analysis of the demo, UID 6708 has been banned for a day. Next time will be a week.
