Either fix your ban court rules or fix the game. Lappers punting has always been a huge problem to me and according to the rules if they don't cut you won't ban. This makes no sense. If someone clearly/intentionally punts and clearly is not on the same lap as the leader, they deserve some sort of punishment. With that being said, this ALL could be avoided if lappers, who are not on the same lap as the leader should automatically be ghosted or removed from collisions. Also on the topic of ghosting.... why did you make it to where the ghosters still take collisions? Why can't it be the same as warmup mode where if you're ghosted neither person takes a collision and everyones happy? I'm sure that there are some flaws with my ideas but cmon JLV theres something that could be done. I've also shown you plenty of clear proof of people who should be banned yet no one ever is. And on the topic of fixing the game.. make a mac version already, there are plenty of people who use macs.. its annoying when my game minimizes for no reason during races too.

Now for the proof of those UID's punting.
Team spitfire the past few races were taking people out when they aren't winning. I was not the only one but eventually they got me. They were a decently fast group but when they lose they get butt hurt and punt. This demo was in stock server 19800 on waterloo. around 7pm pst.

Collision takes place at 5:35 both riders #20 and #15 on yamahas punted me at same time as I was leading the race ...they were both on the same team..obviously planned it. And after continued to try and mess with my lines. What's JLV gonna do? My bet is nothing. Fix your rules bro.

Btw idk if you are fast enough to know how lappers are but this has happened in all servers when people get butt hurt. And if you guys like obama I think you're the one with a problem lmao. You know This is how I have always felt but try and tell that to the people where I live and you will get laughed out of wherever you're making the statement. Poor guy was given a Job, Walked into a complete mess and has done the best he can with what he had to work with. He has fixed things with our economy and our country while he has been in office after it was wrecked by the dumbass before him... people forget that fact and just point the blame at him which I believe is partly due to his skin color.

Its all good though, pretty soon he will be replaced by some cracker ass white old man that will tell us how to live, how to spend our money.... and tell us that War is important.
