HELP with FPS

my fps skips to 100 from 60 and it makes it glitch abit how do i stop that

i have a GeForce GT430 graphics card and a 8gb ram it was working fine till i had to factory restore my pc i have everything downloaded and the drivers

Not sure exactly if all drivers are updated turn vertical sync off in your graphics card settings.
