White terrain

I've been in this pickle lately. Some tracks that I download -- drag to desktop -- then put into MXS personal folder only give me white terrain. I do the same method with all tracks but i get a random select few that only have white terrain...how do I fix this?

This is in the FAQ, but all you need to do is check if the track is inside a folder "mx simulator personal folder/another folder/TheTrack" if it is move it so the track folder or .saf is in the personal folder not in a second one.
