sim eternal loading

i'm having a problem that sim is stuck on the loading screen until i alt tab, and when i finally make it to the menu it is suuuuper laggy, any idea on how i can fix it?

tried uninstalling a reinstalling but i still got the same problem

Sounds like you're getting software rendering. Try installing the graphics driver from your GPU vendor's web site. Should be either nvidia.com, amd.com or intel.com depending on the GPU.
