Glitched wheels on all riders (2021)

I have tried different snapshots and everyone has the same back wheel as show in the image. I can skin my wheels to fix it for myself, but still does not help looking at others. Any suggestions?

Are you using a stock model replacement pack? I think i've had this same problem when I had mistakenly installed a new replacement pack without completely getting rid of everything from my previous stock replacement pack.

Seems like it's the wrong model or a bad lod file.

I am not sure about the model pack. I am new and still learning how the everything works. I only changed the snapshot and added tracks and skins. How can I try changing this?
