is it my internet? or my computer causing lag?

well i'm not sure if it is my internet or my computer

so whenever i ride in a server with a full gate if i'm not looking at anything but the track,but when i turn a corner and there is a bunch of people in my view, that's when it lags....i'm not sure if its my internet or my computer,my offset and everything is fine when i'm not looking at riders,then it goes to shit when i do

Try running lower settings and running the stock bike and rider models.
