Not sure if this is related Phat, but I'm getting these messages when I load up a race.

Warning: Can't load @ crf250_side_plates-2012FAT.jm
Warning: Can't load @ crf250_front_plate-2012FAT.jm

I can still see the bikes just fine and the norm and spec seem to be working fine as well. HTH

No. He has an older test before I updated to your models.

If theres two models with the same name (and norms) they cause a problem. (Idn if this is your problem)
Also Whats the _Black and _White do???

They are variant skin colors. The maps don't load on any of the skins.

I had had crf250-FAT2012, and crf450-FAT2012, I changed it after what you suggested to no avail.

The only other thing I could think of is that your .png has a format issue.
The odds are not high but that's possibility.
Do norms work for others bikes? It might not be just your bike...
Other than that Idn man, sorry.

Try starting the game with "--debug". Among all of the useless info will be the files it attempted to use for the normal maps. Search lastlog.txt for "Loading bikes" if you can't find it.

SAFing it worked. Why they refused to work in a folder is beyond me, but I feel like you owe me the past few hours of my life...
