CPU Bottleneck
Whenever I race by myself, if I turn V-Sync off, I get 99% GPU usage. However, when racing with tons of people, it drops down to around 30%-45%. This is because this game only uses one core, which can't handle that amount of people, so there is no getting around this, correct?
