Need help with Fraps

Need help with Fraps
I have the latest version of Fraps. And before I record I set the settings to 30fps and (stereo sound). If wounder how you guys do. Because my video who is 10min long gets 15,4GB large. Because of that it wi take forever to upload to YouTube and such stuff. Thanks!

It's saved in an uncompressed format. Try converting it to a compressed format. Windows movie maker should do the trick or there are many free and paid video editors out there.
