Whats wrong with my skin?

Whenever I try and make a skin, the colors are all messed up! I tried Photoshop and Gimp! I would upload a picture but mxs.com never lets me put a picture on. It says the board attachment quota has been reached. Anyways, its like gray, and and all the colors are messed up. And I know I have the bike model. I saved it as a PNG and everything! I watched a ton of youtube videos.
