Splitting up the 450 models

Post by team canada »

Let me try to explain what I mean, My PC isn't very good so I run no models or skins except the files needed to see my bike, however, the 450 models are all in one .saf so if I download the file it defeats the purpose of running stock models. So what I'm asking is, is there a way to split up the files in the .saf, I tired doing it in notepad++ but that didn't work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Only thing you can really do is "break" the saf. If you open it in notepad, edit the files of the bikes you DON'T want in game. I usually just put something in front of them. For example

Code: Select all

kx500_swingarm.jm
kx500_fork_upper.jm
kx500_fork_lower.jm
kx500_frame.jm

"Broken"
%kx500_swingarm.jm
%kx500_fork_upper.jm
%kx500_fork_lower.jm
%kx500_frame.jm
Matlab has trained me this way .

Edit the saf in notepad, and add something in the filename for all of the files for the bike you don't want in game (they will be listed at the top in notepad). I added the '%' in front of them.
